The elements to create this mushroom sculpture took many months of collecting raw materials and planning the design. The sculpture is made from a Redwood Burl base in rich warm tones. The mushroom cap is Oak inlayed, each piece set in place by hand, with Big Sur Jade and Beach Glass. The stem is a deer antler shed adding to the woodland nature of the piece. Would look wonderful displayed with a collection of gemstones, minerals, and sea shells.
